Orders and pricing

Prices are in USD and include applicable duties where stated; estimated sales tax is shown before payment. An order is accepted when we confirm payment, and we may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil (for example, an address outside our chilled courier network).

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen interval until cancelled. We email a reminder three days before each dispatch. Cancel any time with one click; cancellations take effect before the next dispatch if made more than 48 hours in advance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
