Yes. Live cultures plus warm transit equals flat, sad soda. That is why every order ships in an insulated liner with ice packs, and why we do not sell it on warm shelves. Once it arrives, keep it in the fridge and drink within 21 days for the full count.

You choose a delivery rhythm (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks). Each delivery is 15% cheaper than one-off pricing and ships free. You can skip, swap flavours, pause or cancel in your order email — no phone calls, no retention maze, no "are you sure" screen.

Absolutely. One-off orders are the default; the subscribe toggle is opt-in and clearly labelled. Bigger one-off packs also get automatic quantity pricing.

Most people start with Vanilla Dream (10 billion CFU) for the first week, then move up. If you are immunocompromised, pregnant, or being treated for a GI condition, talk to your clinician first — we are a drink, not a prescription.

Tell us within 60 days and we refund the whole order, including the bottles you already drank. We would rather keep you for a year than win an argument over $30.
