What we collect

To fulfil an order we need your email, name, delivery address and phone number (for the courier), plus payment details — which go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep order records for seven years for tax law, and marketing consent separately, revocable in one click.

Cookies

One strictly-necessary cookie holds your cart. One holds a CSRF token so forms cannot be forged. Our product analytics are first-party and aggregate-only: page and funnel events attached to a random session id, no third-party advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling.
