Shipping & returns

Shipping

Every order ships in an insulated liner with ice packs, on a chilled courier service. Standard cold-chain is $5.95 and free over $45.00. Express is $12.95 (2 business days), overnight is $19.95 for orders placed before 2pm.

We calculate a delivery date range at checkout rather than an abstract "speed", and the cart shows a live countdown to the daily dispatch cutoff so you know exactly when your box leaves.

What if it arrives warm?

Send us a photo of the box on arrival and we reship immediately, no questions. Warm transit is our problem, not yours.

Returns & the 60-day guarantee

Drink it for up to 60 days. If your gut is not happier, reply to your order email and we refund the full order — including bottles you have already finished. Refunds land back on the original card within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

Subscriptions

Skip, swap, pause or cancel any delivery from the link in your order email. Changes made more than 48 hours before dispatch always take effect.
